Downloadable Files

Files are created with Google Docs or Google Sheets and will open in your default editor. Links to files will be downloaded to your device. If a notification does not appear check your download folder. The files are exported from Google Sheets to Excel (xlsx) format. Tutorials have been added to explain the sheets and deal with any Google to Excel format issues. Current enhancements to Google Sheets has allowed for additional compatibility, but sheets with charts embedded still have some minor formatting issues.

Daily Trip Planner

A daily trip planner to help with timing from start to end. Useful for determining when you will arrive at your destination, bridge or lock based on your estimated average speed and start time.

Trip and Fuel Log

Trip and fuel log to calculate fuel burn based on engine hours and gallons of fuel used. The sheets use table driven date with a cover sheet that pulls data based on the years designated. There is also a sheet for chart comparison as seen on our home page.

Trip estimator to plan for the expenses of fuel and dockage to help budget.

Maintenance Repair and Upgrade

Track repairs, maintenance and upgrades. There are sheets for vital information and RPM tracking along with an expense overview graph. The formulas are not locked if you want to adjust them.
